Speak4America is kicking off its expansion into schools and universities nationwide with a live event of student speakers at the University of Notre Dame this November. Partnering with ND Student Government and the Department of Political Science, Speak4ND encourages ND students to formulate a live or pre-recorded speech, up to 4 minutes long, that envisions, inspires, and leads tangible change on whatever local, university-related, or national issue they may feel passionate about.
There are literally thousands of students, alumni, and professors, with diverse skill sets and resources, that Speak4ND can connect you with so imagine the impact and reach your speeches can have toward creating multitudes of new exciting projects!
Whether its abiding by COVID protocols, improving race relations, preventing sexual assault, or simply making thank you notes for our campus staff, if you have an idea, big or small, of how improvement and change can be made, make a speech and let your ideas inspire real action! SIGN UP for Speak4ND today!
Sponsored by ND's Student Government Department of Student Life, the Speak4ND live event will be held at the Midfield Commons in the Duncan Student Center. A live audience will be present, as well as refreshments, for those students showcasing their speeches.
There's so much division today in our country because people use their words and platforms to divide, rather than unify. Instead, let your address of a problem, followed by a tangible solution, be presented constructively in a speech up to 4 minutes long--words inspiring action!
